Rules for Gifting Skins
1. Make payment first
2. Fill out the gift skin form
3. Contact the seller to receive the account for adding as a friend
4. Gifting skins can only be done after being friends in the game for about 7-10 days
5. Skins are sent in order of queue
6. Purchasing = Willingness to wait
