نووب تاور ديفينس - Apex Confuser

I am trying to recover my hacked account by contacting Supercell support. There, I was asked for my player tag, Town Hall level, etc. But after I filled in the data correctly, the bot asked for the email I previously used. That is where the problem started, as I was not provided with a form or text box to type in my email address. There is no icon I can tap, and I am stuck in the chat without being able to do anything.
