Gift System
- Buyer follows gift account, seller follows back
- Wait 7 days
- After 7 days (D+1) Seller sends
- Sent according to queue

Gift Requirements
- Account level (seller/buyer) at least 20
- Minimum 7 days of friendship in ML
- Buyer is expected to click the order as "delivered" even if the Starlight card has not been sent (to speed up fund release to seller, but funds will be held for 15 days by itemku so funds are safe and buyer can still complain if there are order issues)
- Not allowed to change nickname before Starlight card is sent (to avoid wrong gift)
- Include ID and Nickname correctly
- Cannot be canceled for any reason
