Refunds are only possible under the following conditions:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unviewed Product Code: The product code must not have been viewed or displayed. If you wish to request a refund for an unviewed key, please refer to our detailed guide <a href=\"https:\/\/itemku.com\/en\/help-center\/discussion?page=1\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product Code Issues: If there is an issue with the product code itself, such as it being invalid or previously used, you are eligible for a refund. In such cases, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-Refundable Situations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Viewed Product Key: If you have already viewed the product key and wish to return it, unfortunately, a refund is not possible. As a digital key marketplace, we do not have the technical means to revoke or deactivate a viewed key.
