I want to sell on Account Category, how do I do that?

Please make sure your email and cellphone number are verified, and that your store has been approved.

If you’re having trouble creating an Account product category, try these steps:

  1. Log in to your itemku account at https://tokoku.itemku.com/
  2. Click Store Settings in the left sidebar.
  3. Under the Product tab in the Selling Account section, click Moderate Now (make sure your current moderation status is "Unmoderated").
  4. Answer the moderation questions clearly and responsibly.
  5. Click Submit Form.
  6. Please wait up to 24 hours for the moderation verification process. You will receive a notification about whether your moderation was approved.

 

Additional Information

If you are found selling accounts that don’t match the correct category or violate other rules, such as:

  1. The account being sold does not match the description provided.
  2. There was an issue with an order where the seller couldn’t prove the account is completely safe.
  3. The seller lists items with incomplete data, which may be considered unsafe for sale, including:
    • Missing account data (forgot password or disabled)
    • Accounts linked to the seller’s personal email
    • Accounts that are not fully unbound
    • Random accounts

Possible consequences include:

  1. Store deactivation, which means you won’t be able to access the tokoku menu.
  2. Re-moderation may be required, including agreeing to itemku’s terms on the moderation page.
  3. Repeated violations could result in a permanent ban from selling in the Account category.
  4. Store termination.
