I want to sell products in the Boosting Service category, how do I do it? - Pusat bantuan itemku
Make sure that you have successfully verified your email address and mobile phone number, and that your Store verification has been approved.
If you encounter any issues when creating listings in the Boosting Service Category, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your itemku account at https://tokoku.itemku.com/
Click Store Settings in the left sidebar menu.
Under the Boosting Service label, click Moderate Now (ensure that your current moderation status is “Not Yet Moderated”).
Answer the moderation questions clearly and responsibly.
Check the statement confirming that your moderation answers are true and accurate.
Click Moderate Now.
Please wait for the moderation verification process, which may take up to 1 × 24 hours. You will receive a notification informing you whether your moderation has been approved or rejected.
Important note:
If your Boosting Service moderation is approved, you will only be allowed to sell Boosting Service for the specific game(s) you selected during the moderation submission. If you wish to sell Boosting Service for other games available on itemku, you must submit a new Boosting Service moderation request for each additional game
After your Boosting Service moderation has been approved, you can configure your Boosting Service schedule by accessing Store Settings, then selecting Boosting Service Schedule. There are two (2) main settings you need to configure:
Manpower / Workforce
Specify how many Boosting Service orders you are able to handle at the same time.Schedule / Working Hours
You may create up to four (4) schedules.
Each schedule is defined by specific days and time ranges.
Example:
Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 14:00
Saturday & Sunday, 14:00 – 20:00
You can set the service duration for each Boosting Service product on the product listing page with the following rules:
If the duration is less than 1 day, it can be set in minutes (in 5-minute increments).
If the duration is 1 day or more, Sellers may only set the duration in days (without specifying hours or minutes).
Note: The maximum service duration that can be set is 7 days.
If you are found to be selling Boosting Service outside the appropriate or actual category, or committing other violations, including but not limited to:
Selling Boosting Service in a manner that does not comply with the approved moderation.
Transaction issues where the Seller is unable to provide proof of order completion to itemku Customer Support.
Changing the Boosting Service order status to “Shipped” before the Boosting Service has been fully completed as agreed with the Buyer.
The following sanctions may be imposed:
The Store may be frozen, preventing access to the Tokoku menu entirely.
The Seller may be required to undergo re-moderation and re-accept itemku’s terms and conditions on the moderation page.
Any of the violations above may result in the Seller being permanently prohibited from selling in the Boosting Service category (no further moderation allowed).
