I want to sell products in the Boosting Service category, how do I do it?

Please make sure you have verified your email address and mobile phone number, and that your Store verification has been approved.

 

If you have any trouble creating listings in the Boosting Service Category, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your itemku account at https://tokoku.itemku.com/
  2. Click Store Settings in the left sidebar.
  3. Under the Product tab in the Boosting Service section, click Moderate Now (make sure your current moderation status is "Unmoderated").
  4. Answer the moderation questions clearly and carefully.
  5. Click Submit Form.
  6. Please allow up to 24 hours for the moderation process. You will receive a notification about whether your moderation was approved.

Important note:
If your Boosting Service moderation is approved, you will only be able to sell Boosting Service for the specific game(s) you selected during the moderation submission. If you'd like to sell Boosting Service for other games available on itemku, you'll need to submit a new Boosting Service moderation request for each additional game.

 

Once your Boosting Service moderation is approved, you can set up your Boosting Service schedule by going to Store Settings and selecting Boosting Service Schedule. There are two main settings to configure:

  1. Manpower / Workforce
    Specify how many Boosting Service orders you can handle at the same time.

  2. Schedule / Working Hours
    You can create up to four (4) schedules.
    Each schedule should include specific days and time ranges.

Example:

  • Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

 

You can set the service duration for each Boosting Service product on the product listing page with the following guidelines:

  • If the duration is less than 1 day, it can be set in minutes (in 5-minute increments).

  • If the duration is 1 day or more, sellers may only set the duration in full days (no hours or minutes).

  • The maximum service duration allowed is 7 days.

 

Points of attention

If you are found selling Boosting Service outside the correct category or violating other rules, including but not limited to:

  • Selling Boosting Service in a way that doesn't follow the approved moderation.

  • Having transaction issues where you can't provide proof of order completion to itemku Customer Support.

  • Marking the Boosting Service order as “Delivered” before the service has been fully completed as agreed with the buyer.

 

The following actions may be taken:

  • Your store may be frozen, which means you won't be able to access the Tokoku menu.

  • You might need to go through re-moderation and re-accept itemku’s terms and conditions on the moderation page.

  • Any of these violations could lead to a permanent ban from selling in the Boosting Service category (no further moderation allowed).

  • Permanent store freeze.
