I want to sell in the Top Up Category, how do I do that?

Please make sure your email and cellphone number are verified, and that your store has been approved.

If you’re having trouble creating Top Up Category product, you can try the following steps:

  1. Log in to your itemku account at https://tokoku.itemku.com/
  2. Click Store Settings in the left sidebar, then select the Product tab
  3. Under Top Up moderation, click Moderate Now (make sure your current moderation status is "Unmoderated")
  4. Answer the moderation questions clearly and responsibly, then click Submit Form

 

Additional Information About Moderation Questions:

For question no.3: "Attach a screenshot of the most recent top-up you made within the last month", please provide proof of a successful transaction invoice from your chosen supplier. This can be a screenshot or a physical copy.

*Invoice means proof of purchase from your supplier, similar to a payment receipt from a supermarket. It usually includes the transaction ID and the time of your purchase.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your moderation to be reviewed. You will receive a notification letting you know if your moderation has been approved.

 

Points of Attention

If your top-up moderation is approved, please keep in mind not to sell Top Up items in the wrong category or violate any rules, such as:

  1. Selling Top Up items in a way that doesn’t comply with the approved moderation
  2. Having order issues where you can’t provide proof of delivery to itemku customer care
  3. Marking a Top Up order as delivered before actually sending it

 

Possible consequences for violations include:

  • Your store being frozen, preventing access to the tokoku menu
  • Needing to re-moderate with a statement on the moderation page agreeing to itemku’s terms
  • Repeated violations may result in losing the ability to sell in the Top Up category permanently
  • Your store being frozen permanently
