If you have already paid for an order but the seller hasn't sent it yet, you can request a refund as long as it's within the allowed time frame for refund requests.
Here are the time conditions for requesting a refund:
- For orders with the 10-minute delivery guarantee, you can request a refund right away if the seller hasn't sent your order within 10 minutes.
- For orders without the 10-minute delivery guarantee, you can request a refund if the seller hasn't sent your order after the specific time limit based on the category or type of the item.

Go to Order History > Select the "To Be Delivered" tab > Click "Request Refund"

Open the Account menu, tap Awaiting Sent, then select Request Refund.
