How to Enable the Instant Delivery Feature

The Instant Delivery feature available on Tokoku itemku is currently limited to selected sellers who demonstrate excellent performance, maintain consistently fast delivery times, and have completed integration with the Tokoku Open API.

 

This limitation is intended to ensure that the Instant Delivery feature maintains high performance standards and delivers a positive experience for itemku users.

 

If your store’s API moderation has been approved, you can begin using this feature in your product settings. To enable the feature, follow these steps:

  1. Create a new product listing or edit an existing one.

  2. Locate the Enable Delivery Guarantee section.

  3. Turn on the Instant Delivery toggle to activate the feature for the product you are creating or editing.

  4. Click Create Product to complete the process.
