How do I contact the seller?

You can contact the seller under two conditions:

  1. When you purchase a listing that includes the “Contact Seller” feature before buying it, such as an Account, Boosting Service, Skin or several Item product.
  2. In general, you can only contact the seller after purchasing a product. Once your payment has been completed, you will be able to chat with the seller. Follow the steps below:
    • Go to the Purchase History page, then select the transaction you want to inquire about.
    • Click on the relevant order to display the transaction details. Then click Contact Seller to reach the seller.
    • A chat field will appear. Communicate with the seller as needed.
    • You can view or return to your previous conversations through the Messages menu on the main page.
