Login Using Gmail

Do the following steps after receiving the account details:

1. Open Gmail and select “Add Account.”

2. Log in using the account credentials you received.

3. Open the Ragnarok Origin Classic app and check whether the account matches your order.

4. Make sure that the account is NOT linked to any social media accounts.

If the account matches your order, follow these steps to secure your account:

1. Open Gmail and log in using the account you received.

2. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/security

3. Select “Password” and change the password.

4. Select “2-Step Verification” and enable it.

5. Go to “Account recovery options” and update the recovery email and phone number.

6. Go to “Recently used devices” and select “REVIEW DEVICES.”

7. Remove any devices that do not belong to you.

8. Ask the seller to remove the Google Account from their phone, and request a screenshot as proof.

Login Using Facebook

After receiving the Facebook account details, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Facebook using the account credentials provided by the seller.

2. Once logged in, open Ragnarok Origin Classic and log in using the same Facebook account to confirm that the seller has sent the correct account.

   • If the account does not match, immediately contact itemku Customer Care.

Now it’s time to secure your account:

1. Log in to Facebook and go to Settings.

2. Open Mobile > Add your phone number and delete the old one.

3. Go to General > Contact > Add your email address and remove the old one.

4. Go to Security and Login > Where You’re Logged In > See More >
   Click Log Out of All Sessions.

5. In Security and Login, under Login, change your Facebook password.
