Terms of Sale for Garena Free Fire Account

Garena Free Fire Account on itemku must comply with the following terms:

  1. Seller must deliver the account in the form of email or username and password.
  2. The account sold must be linked to Google and Facebook platforms.
  3. Seller is prohibited from selling random or unspecified accounts.
  4. Seller must provide detailed account specifications in the listing description and use appropriate images that accurately represent the account being sold.
  5. Seller must assist the buyer in securing the account after delivery.
  6. Sales funds will be held for 30 days as a guarantee for the buyer.
  7. If the delivered account has issues and Seller cannot resolve them, itemku reserves the right to cancel the order.
  8. Seller must prepare all necessary account data for account retrieval purposes.

If itemku finds that a seller violates the above Sales Terms, the following sanctions will apply:

  1. Listing closure and shop closure if Seller creates a listing that does not comply with the applicable account sales terms.
  2. Gradual revocation of Account Sales moderation privileges* if the delivered account is proven problematic and cannot be fixed. If Seller fails to provide a replacement account within 3 days after the complaint is informed by itemku Customer Service, the shop will be subject to shop closure.
  3. Gradual revocation of Account Sales moderation privileges* and permanent shop closure if Seller is proven to commit hackback or deliver the same account to multiple buyers.

*Gradual moderation revocation: first for 3 days, then 5 days, then 7 days. If the seller repeats the same violation after a 7-day suspension, the next sanction will be permanent shop closure.
**If a shop commits violations up to two times, the third violation will result in permanent shop closure.
