Terms of Sale Accounts Night Crows - Pusat bantuan itemku

Accounts in the Night Crows category sold on itemku must meet the following terms:

• Accounts being sold must be fresh accounts (not yet email verified)
• Sellers must deliver the account in the form of a username and password.
• Sellers are not allowed to sell accounts with random specifications.
• When creating a listing, sellers must provide detailed information about the account being sold in the product description and use appropriate images.
• Sellers must assist buyers in securing the account delivered.
• Sales funds will be held for 30 days as a form of warranty for the buyer.
• If the provided account has issues and the seller cannot help resolve them, itemku reserves the right to cancel the order for that transaction.
• Sellers must prepare account data for account retrieval purposes.

If itemku finds that a seller delivers an account that does not comply with the above account sales terms, the seller will be subject to the following sanctions:
 

• Product and Store Closure** if the seller creates a listing that does not comply with the sales terms.
   
• Gradual Account Sales Moderation Revocation* if the account provided by the seller is proven problematic and cannot be fixed. If the seller does not provide a replacement account within 3 days after the complaint is reported by itemku Customer Service, the seller's store will be closed**.
  
   
• Gradual Account Sales Moderation Revocation* and store closure** up to permanent closure. If the seller is proven to have performed hackback, or delivered the same account to multiple buyers.
   

*) Gradual moderation revocation: first revocation for 3 days, then 5 days, and 7 days. If the seller continues to commit the same violation and has received a 7-day moderation revocation, the next sanction will be permanent store closure.
**) If a store commits violations up to 2 times, the next violation will result in permanent store closure.
