Terms of Sale Gamepass Drag Drive Simulator Roblox

Gamepass in the Drag Drive Simulator Roblox Category sold on itemku must comply with the following terms:

  • Sellers are required to deliver orders through the Gift feature.

  • The Gamepass delivered by the seller must come from legal sources and must not be obtained through system/bug exploitation, cheats, or similar methods.

  • Sellers are prohibited from requesting access to the buyer’s account.

  • Sellers are prohibited from creating listings that are Random/Gacha/Uncertain in nature.

  • Ensure that the buyer’s Roblox Character Name matches the Order Notes. If there is any discrepancy, the seller may confirm with the buyer through the itemku message box.

  • For the security of both sellers and buyers, communication must only be conducted through the itemku message box.

  • Sellers are advised to keep proof that the gift has been successfully sent to the buyer. Proof may include screenshots or screen recordings.
     

If itemku finds that a seller delivers orders not in accordance with the above sales terms, the seller will be subject to the following sanctions:

  • Closure of Listing and Store* if the seller creates a listing that does not comply with the sales terms.

  • Closure of Listing and Store* if the seller is proven to have delivered a Gamepass obtained through illegal means (cheats, system exploitation, bug exploitation).

  • Store Closure* if the seller is proven to have delivered a Gamepass that does not match what was sold and fails to provide a replacement within 2 × 24 hours after the complaint has been informed to the seller.
     

*) If a store commits violations up to two times, the next violation will result in permanent store closure.
