Terms of Sale for Sailor Piece Roblox Gamepass

Sailor Piece Roblox Gamepass sold on itemku must comply with the following terms:

  1. Sellers are required to deliver orders using the Gift feature.
  2. Gamepass delivered by the seller must come from a legitimate source and must not originate from system/bug exploitation, cheats, or similar methods.
  3. Sellers are prohibited from requesting access to the buyer’s account.
  4. Sellers are prohibited from creating products that are Random/Gacha/Uncertain/Not Guaranteed in nature.
  5. Ensure that the buyer’s Roblox Character Name matches the Order Notes. If there is any discrepancy, the seller may confirm with the buyer through the itemku message box.
  6. For the security of both Sellers and Buyers, please only use the itemku message box as the communication channel.
  7. Sellers are advised to keep proof that the gift has been successfully delivered to the buyer. Acceptable proof of trade includes screenshots or screen recordings.

If itemku finds that a seller has delivered an order not in accordance with the above terms, the seller will be subject to the following sanctions:

  1. Product Closure and Shop Closure* if the seller creates products that do not comply with the sales terms.
  2. Product Closure and Shop Closure* if the seller is proven to have delivered a Gamepass obtained through illegal means (cheats, system exploitation, bug exploitation).
  3. Shop Closure* if the seller is proven to have delivered a Gamepass that does not match what was sold and fails to provide a replacement within 2 × 24 hours after the complaint is informed to the seller.

*) If a shop commits violations up to two times, any subsequent violation will result in permanent shop closure.
