Terms of Sale Item My Singing Brainrot Roblox Items

Items in the My Singing Brainrot Roblox category sold on Itemku must comply with the following conditions:

  1. Sellers must deliver orders via the in-game trade feature.

  2. Items delivered by the seller must come from legal sources, not from system/bug exploits, cheats, or similar methods.

  3. Sellers are prohibited from requesting access to the buyer’s account.

  4. Sellers must communicate with buyers only through the messaging feature provided by Itemku.

  5. When creating a listing, sellers are not allowed to sell random/gacha/lottery items or similar types.

  6. Ensure the buyer’s Roblox character name matches the order notes. If there is a discrepancy, the seller may confirm with the buyer through Itemku messages.

  7. Sellers are advised to keep proof of a successful trade with the buyer, which can be in the form of screenshots or screen recordings.

If Itemku finds that a seller delivers orders that do not comply with the above conditions, the following sanctions may apply:

  1. Closing the listing and the store if the seller creates a listing that does not comply with the sales terms.

  2. Closing the listing and the store if the seller is proven to deliver items obtained illegally (through cheats, system exploits, or bugs).

  3. Closing the store if the seller delivers items that do not match the listing and fails to provide a replacement within 2×24 hours after a complaint is reported to the seller.

Notes:

  • *) If a store violates twice, the next violation will result in permanent store closure.

  • **) Itemku reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
