Terms of Sale Redeem Code VSPhone

Redeem Codes in the VSPhone Category sold on itemku must comply with the following terms and conditions:
 

  • Sellers are prohibited from selling Redeem Codes obtained through illegal methods (hack, crack, or system abuse, etc.).
  • Sellers are prohibited from sending accounts with balances to fulfill Redeem Code orders on itemku. 
  • Vouchers sold must not require immediate redemption.
  • Sellers must have proof that the vouchers sold come from legal sources.
  • Sellers are fully responsible for the vouchers they sell, by assisting with verification and providing replacement vouchers if the sold code has issues.

   
If itemku finds that a seller sends orders not in accordance with the sales terms above, the seller will be subject to the following sanctions:
 

  • Product Closure and Store Closure* if the seller creates products that do not comply with the sales terms.
     

  • Product Closure and Store Closure* if the seller is proven to have sent Gift cards obtained illegally (cheating, system exploitation, bug exploitation).
     

  • Store Closure* if the seller is proven to have sent Gift cards not as sold and does not provide a replacement within 2x24 hours after the complaint is reported to the seller.


*) If the store commits violations up to 2 times, subsequent violations will result in permanent store closure.
**) itemku reserves the right to change the contents of these terms at any time.
