Terms of Sale RBX via Login

RBX via Login sold on itemku must comply with the following terms:

 

  1. Sellers are required to use legal methods to obtain/top up RBX on the buyer's account.
  2. Sellers are required to take a screenshot during the RBX via login process before it starts (when the buyer provides their account) and after it is successful, and are advised to keep this evidence for 7 days.
  3. The process carried out by the seller must not use illegal purchase methods such as but not limited to (Carding, Google Play Voucher Refund, Exploiting Bugs, etc).
  4. Sellers must communicate with buyers only through the itemku message box.
  5. Sellers are prohibited from using any in-game items/currency owned by the buyer during the RBX top-up process.
  6. Sellers are prohibited from accessing, collecting, and/or processing the Buyer's personal information and/or data listed on the Buyer's game account beyond the purpose of fulfilling the RBX via Login service.
  7. Sellers are not allowed to change the order status to “Processed/Shipped” before actually topping up RBX to the Buyer's account.
  8. Sellers are required to create listings according to the denomination being sold (including the image used, the title of the listing, and the description written on the listing).
  9. Sellers are required to deliver orders according to the denomination of the listing being sold.
  10. If there are transaction issues or during the anti-hackback guarantee period (3 working days), sellers are expected to cooperate in resolving transaction issues. If the error is on the seller's side, compensation must be provided by the seller.

     

If itemku finds that a seller has violated any of the Sales Terms mentioned above, itemku will impose the following sanctions:

 

  1. Closure of Listings and Store** if the seller creates listings that do not comply with the applicable Sales Terms as stated in the RBX via Login Sales Terms.

     
  2. Closure of Listings and Store** if the seller violates the applicable Sales Terms as stated in the RBX via Login Sales Terms.
     
  3. If there are seller listings that use images or state in the description a denomination being sold that is less than the title used for the listing. The seller's listing will be closed and the seller must deliver the top-up order according to the highest denomination if the listing is purchased.
     
  4. If there are RBX via Login listings where the seller uses images or states in the description a denomination being sold that is more than the title used for the listing. The seller must deliver the RBX order according to the highest denomination.
     
  5. Gradual revocation of RBX via Login selling moderation* if the seller delivers RBX not in accordance with the correct amount based on points three and four. If the seller still has not delivered the missing order within 3 days after the complaint is informed by itemku Customer Service, the seller's Store will be closed**
     
  6. Permanent Store closure if the seller is proven to have committed Hackback on the account that was topped up with RBX via Login. 

     
  7. Store closure up to permanent if the seller is proven to have carried out RBX via login using illegal methods causing losses to the buyer.

     

*) Gradual revocation of moderation: the first revocation lasts for 3 days, then 5 days, and 7 days. If the seller continues to commit the same violation and has received a 7-day moderation revocation, the next sanction will be permanent store closure.

**) If the store commits violations up to two times, the third violation will result in permanent store closure.
