Terms of Sale for Albion Online Silver

Albion Online Silver on itemku must comply with the following terms:

  1. Seller must deliver Silver obtained from legal sources (not from cheats, system exploits, bug exploits, etc.).
  2. Seller is prohibited from requesting buyer login data for Albion Online accounts.
  3. Seller must deliver the Silver amount exactly according to the order.
  4. Seller may deliver the order through player-to-player trading.
  5. Seller must use images and descriptions that accurately match the listing.
  6. Seller is advised to record the trade process (screen recording) as proof of delivery or take screenshots during the trade showing that the delivery has been successfully completed.
  7. If any dispute occurs between Seller and Buyer, itemku will evaluate based on the evidence provided by both parties and available supporting data. The final decision will be made by the itemku team and is final and binding.

If itemku finds that a seller violates the above Sales Terms, the following sanctions will apply:

  1. Listing closure and shop closure* if Seller creates a listing that does not comply with the applicable Sales Terms.
  2. Listing closure and shop closure* if Seller is proven to deliver Silver obtained through illegal means (cheat, system exploit, bug exploit).
  3. Shop closure* if Seller delivers a Silver amount that does not match the order and fails to deliver the remaining amount within 2x24 hours after the complaint is informed to the Seller.

*If a shop commits violations up to two times, the next violation will result in permanent shop closure.
