Terms of Sale First-Time Top-Up PUBG Mobile - Pusat bantuan itemku
First PUBG Mobile Top Up sold on itemku must meet the following terms:

Top up must be done using a legal and accountable source.

Sellers are prohibited from requesting the buyer's PUBG Mobile account login data to process the top up.

Sellers are required to deliver orders according to the top up product title.

Sellers are required to create listings according to the denomination being sold (both in the image used and in the written description of the listing).

Sellers may top up only for PUBG Mobile accounts on the Global/Indonesia server.

Top up bonuses are not counted as the nominal value of the top up product.
- Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as evidence that the product has been delivered to the buyer.
If itemku finds that a seller delivers a top up that does not comply with the above top up sale terms, then:

Product and Store Closure** if the seller creates a listing with a denomination not provided by itemku.

Product and Store Closure** if the seller violates the sales terms.

If there is a seller's product that uses an image or informs in the description a denomination being sold that is less than the title used for the product. The seller's product will be closed and the seller must deliver the top up order according to the largest denomination if the product is purchased.

If there is a Top Up product where the seller uses an image or informs in the description a denomination being sold that is more than the title used for the product. The seller must deliver the top up order according to the largest denomination.
- Gradual Revocation of Top Up Selling Moderation* if the seller delivers a top up that does not match the required amount based on points three and four. If the seller still has not delivered the missing order within 3 days since the complaint is informed by itemku User Service, the seller's Store will be closed**.
*) Gradual revocation of moderation: first moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days. If the seller continues to commit the same violation and has received a 7-day moderation closure sanction, the next sanction will be permanent store closure.
**) if the store commits violations up to 3 times, the next violation will result in permanent store closure.
***) itemku reserves the right to change the contents of these sales terms at any time.
