Why Is My Store Closed/Deactivated?

Your store may have been deactivated or marked inactive due to the absence of any sales activity for 90 calendar days or more.

For information, sellers are expected to remain actively engaged in selling on itemku. If a seller has no activity within that period, itemku reserves the right to deactivate the store in accordance with the Terms of Service, Article on Seller Accounts, Product Creation, and Product Sales, point 32:

"Stores that have been inactive for 90 days will be permanently closed. Sellers must contact itemku to request reopening their store. itemku reserves the right to reject the request if the seller is deemed ineligible. If the store is allowed to reopen, the seller will be required to go through the moderation process again in order to sell top-up products, accounts, boosting services, RBL items, game keys, and streaming services."

Deactivation may take the form of:

  • Permanent store account closure, or
  • Access restriction where the store status cannot be reopened for selling

If your store was closed, you still retain access such as:

  • Logging into your Tokoku account
  • Updating your listings
  • Withdrawing any remaining Tokoku balance

However, if you attempt to reopen your store status, you will see a notification stating: "Your store is closed due to inactivity. To reopen, please contact Help Center."
