For fund that refunded into My Wallet, you can used it again to make new transaction at itemku after the transaction being refunded.
 
As for automatic refund, please understand that there is a chance the refund will be delayed depending of your initial payment method/bank processing. Please wait approximately 7-14 working hour.
 
Note: If the refund cannot be processed to your original payment method, it will be issued to your itemku Wallet.
