Terms and Conditions for itemku Login Top Up for Sellers

Login Top Up is one of the top-up features provided on the itemku platform. Before deciding to conduct a Login Top Up transaction through itemku, Users are required to read, understand, and review these Login Top Up Terms and Conditions.

 

These Login Top Up Terms and Conditions form an integral part of and are subject to the itemku Terms of Service and itemku Privacy Policy. Login Top Up is governed by the itemku Terms of Use, itemku Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale, and these Login Top Up Terms and Conditions as set forth below.

 

By conducting a Login Top Up transaction using the itemku platform features, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Login Top Up Terms and Conditions, including any amendments made from time to time.

 

THESE LOGIN TOP UP TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER AND ITEMKU. IF THE USER DOES NOT AGREE TO ANY PART OR ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE USER IS NOT PERMITTED TO PROCEED WITH THE LOGIN TOP UP TRANSACTION.

 

DEFINITIONS

Unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, capitalized terms shall have the meanings as defined in the itemku Terms of Use. The following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  1. Account, Data related to the User, at a minimum consisting of an email address and password, which must be provided by the User.

  2. User, Any party using the itemku platform, either as a Seller or a Buyer.

  3. Seller, A registered User who sells and/or offers products to Buyers through the itemku platform and is required to comply with the itemku Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Login Top Up Terms and Conditions.

  4. Buyer, A registered User who purchases products through the itemku platform and is subject to the itemku Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Login Top Up Terms and Conditions.

  5. Login Top Up, A service or feature available on the itemku platform that allows Users to conduct Login Top Up transactions.

  6. Service Fee, A fee charged to the Seller, calculated as a percentage of the value of a Successfully Completed Transaction.

  7. Fraud, Any intentional act intended to benefit oneself and/or others, including but not limited to manipulation, information or content engineering, violations of the itemku Terms of Use, suspected fraud, crime, cheating, or other misuse that may cause losses to itemku or other users of the itemku platform.

  8. itemku Terms of Use, The rules governing the use of all services on the itemku platform, applicable to all Users, as amended from time to time.

  9. Login Top Up Terms and Conditions, These terms and conditions, including any amendments, updates, or modifications made from time to time.

  10. itemku Privacy Policy, The policy governing the collection, storage, use, processing, transfer, and disclosure of Users’ Personal Data by itemku.

 

STATEMENT OF ACCURACY AND RESPONSIBILITY

By conducting a Login Top Up transaction, the User declares that all information and/or documents provided during the transaction through the itemku platform are accurate and correct. The User shall be fully responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incorrect data.

 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. itemku manages and provides the Login Top Up feature on its platform, enabling Sellers and Buyers to conduct Login Top Up transactions, where Sellers perform in-game currency top ups directly through the Buyer’s Account.

  2. As a platform provider, itemku does not act as the Seller but solely as an intermediary facilitating transactions between Sellers and Buyers. Please refer to the limitation of liability provisions.

  3. Only Sellers who meet itemku’s criteria and are selected by itemku may offer Login Top Up services.

  4. The Buyer agrees that itemku may forward all data and/or information provided by the User, including Personal Data, to the relevant Seller for the purpose of providing the Login Top Up service.

  5. The Buyer understands and agrees to provide all required data and/or information, including but not limited to login information, email, username, or password, for the purpose of completing the Login Top Up transaction. If the Buyer does not agree to provide such information, the Buyer is prohibited from using the Login Top Up feature on the itemku platform.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SELLERS

To sell Login Top Up products, Sellers are required to read and understand the provisions applicable to Login Top Up products:

  1. Only Sellers who are eligible and approved may participate in selling products through the Login Top Up feature.

  2. Sales proceeds may only be withdrawn three (3) days after the transaction has been confirmed as completed by the Buyer.

  3. Sellers are required to take screenshots during the Login Top Up process, both before the purchase begins (initial condition when the Buyer provides the account) and after the top up has been successfully completed. These screenshots are recommended to be stored for a minimum of seven (7) days.

  4. Sellers must not use any illegal purchasing methods in conducting Login Top Up transactions, including but not limited to carding, Google Play voucher refunds, bug exploitation, or other unlawful methods.

  5. In the event of transaction issues or during the Anti Hackback Guarantee period (three (3) business days), Sellers are expected to cooperate in resolving the transaction issues. If the issue is caused by the Seller, compensation must be provided by the Seller.

  6. Sellers are strictly prohibited from changing the order status to “Processed/Delivered” before the top up has actually been credited to the Buyer’s account.

  7. Sellers are fully responsible for the accuracy, conformity, authenticity, and correctness of the products delivered. itemku shall not be held responsible for Seller products, including but not limited to their authenticity, conformity, accuracy, or the Seller’s product descriptions. In the event of any negligence or error in the delivery process, itemku may impose fines and/or sanctions on the Seller in accordance with the Sales Terms applicable to each category.

  8. Sellers are prohibited from accessing, collecting, and/or processing any personal information and/or data belonging to Buyers that is contained in the Buyer’s game account, except for the sole purpose of fulfilling the Login Top Up service.

 

TRANSACTION PROCESS

  1. Sellers are given a maximum delivery time of 2 × 24 hours to complete the Login Top Up process.

  2. After 1 × 24 hours, Buyers are entitled to request a refund as long as the transaction status remains “Waiting to Be Shipped.”

  3. If the transaction exceeds 2 × 24 hours with the status “Waiting to Be Shipped,” the transaction will automatically be refunded due to the Seller’s failure to meet the delivery deadline.

  4. If the transaction exceeds 2 × 24 hours after the status changes to “Shipped,” the transaction will be automatically confirmed as “Completed” by the itemku system.

  5. Buyers are prohibited from logging into the game account being topped up. Once the status is “Shipped,” Buyers may log in again to verify the top-up amount.
     

USER DATA

  1. Users agree that itemku may collect, use, access, store, and/or process User data, including but not limited to personal information, conversation content, and information related to the use of services on the itemku platform.

  2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, itemku (including its affiliates and Official Partners) may use such data for development, improvement, security, and service quality enhancement purposes. Details regarding User data are set forth in the itemku Privacy Policy.

  3. itemku reserves the right to disclose User data for legal processes and/or requests from government authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other authorized institutions in accordance with Indonesian law.

 

AMENDMENTS TO LOGIN TOP UP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. itemku reserves the right to amend, add, and/or update these Login Top Up Terms and Conditions at any time, which shall be published on the itemku platform. These terms are subject to and governed by the itemku Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  2. All rules and regulations governing the use of the itemku platform form an inseparable part of these Login Top Up Terms and Conditions.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

The User represents and warrants that:

  1. The User agrees to be bound by the Login Top Up Terms and Conditions, itemku Terms of Use, and itemku Privacy Policy.

  2. Funds used in transactions are not derived from criminal activities prohibited under Indonesian law.

  3. Funds are not used for money laundering and/or terrorism financing.

  4. itemku shall be released from all claims and liabilities arising from Login Top Up transaction risks.

  5. The User releases itemku from any future claims or losses arising from Login Top Up transactions.

  6. The User fully understands the legal consequences of these Login Top Up Terms and Conditions and confirms that they are accurate, complete, and clear.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless itemku (including its affiliates, directors, commissioners, officers, employees, and agents) from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from the User’s fault, including but not limited to violations of the itemku Terms of Use, misuse of the Login Top Up service, infringement of third-party rights, violations of the itemku Privacy Policy, and/or violations of applicable Indonesian laws.
