1. STORE OPERATING HOURS:
- Open every day (except Admin holidays)
- Holidays still apply
- Jockey Team ON = 8.00 am to 2 pm (breaks for eating and worship)

2. RULES AND INFORMATION ON JOCKEY SERVICES:
- Accounts that are in the process of being jockeyed, the account owner is prohibited from logging in until the jockeying process is complete (avoids account crashes).
- The jockey processing process uses a First Come First Service system.
- The jockey work system can request the day and time.
- The jockey's processing time will match the in-game time on the Sol's RNG bulletin board (Screenshot evidence will be sent to the buyer).
- Buyer gets a FREE 1 HOUR BONUS if the jockey's work is hampered.
- Also applies to Anime Defenders Roblox

3. MISCELLANEOUS:
- Our shop is not responsible if the account is suspended due to user negligence!
- No refunds!
- Bonuses can be claimed if the buyer feels that the time received does not match the workmanship.
- We will inform you about account claims no later than 12 hours after the jockey work is completed.
