If there’s an item in *Blade Ball* that you want to buy but isn’t available in the store, you’re free to request any item or sword you want, and we’ll make sure to provide it. **How to Purchase:** - You ask about the item you want. - We’ll give you the price based on the requested item. - Both parties (buyer and seller) agree on the price. - We’ll adjust the product price (*Request Item*) to the agreed amount, and you’ll proceed to purchase it first. - We’ll confirm the order as a sign that you agree to the product (*non-refundable*). - The admin will prepare your requested item within a maximum of **30 minutes**.
