Please also provide the backup codes. The steps to activate backup codes are below:

3. Choose Security
4. Turn on Authenticator (If not already enabled)

6. If the Authenticator is already active, scroll to the bottom
7. Enable Backup Code or generate/create Backup Codes (Recovery Codes)
