Whistling Periapt

Whistling Periapt, also known as the Duke Relic, is a Torso Equipment Relic.
Whistleguard provides a wind shield after dealing continuous damage to enemies without taking damage, parrying, or dodging. The shield protects against a single attack, automatically "parrying" it before disappearing. The shield will also disappear over time if it has not taken any damage.
