A: It’s in case of wrong usernames or other issues. Why only 30 days? Because Hypixel might ask, "Why only now for username or other errors?" if it's too late. Also, I delete the TID (useless anyway :v). If such errors occur, they’ll be processed within 2 weeks max (usually 3 days max due to COVID and increasing players. You’ll have to handle it yourself).

Q: Just need a username? But the purchase requires a UUID.
A: Just the username is enough. UUID is just an alternative to check if the account is registered or not.

Q: Who is this for?
A: For MCraft premium PC/Mac users. Not for cracked users since they aren’t registered in UUID.

Q: If I change my nickname/username, will the rank disappear?
A: Nope, it won’t. Hypixel uses a UUID-based system, so no matter how many times you change your nickname/username, the rank stays.

Q: Bro, can I get a refund later?
A: According to Hypixel’s T&C for digital products: "All transactions are final and non-refundable" (If you don’t believe me, check their forum or ask a passing Hypixel Helper/MOD). Refunds are possible only for "double payments" (only the seller takes the loss, the buyer just sits back).
