• Buyer account must be at least Level 20 (as per Mobile Legends' terms)
• Must be friends in the game for 7 days (as per Mobile Legends' terms)

SKIN DELIVERY PROCESS:
1. Must include Nickname and ID number in the order notes (ensure the Nickname matches the game exactly, including uppercase & lowercase letters) and don't forget to include the name of the skin you ordered.
2. Delivery will be processed after 7 days of friendship. (Based on queue order)
3. For those already friends for 7 days, delivery will be faster. (Max 3 days delivery), please confirm in the order notes that you've been friends for 7 days.
4. TO ADD AS FRIEND, PLEASE MAKE PAYMENT FIRST :)
5. PLEASE CONFIRM DELIVERY AFTER THE ITEM/SKIN HAS BEEN SENT BY US.

The process: Order/buy -> Add Friend -> Wait at least 7 days of in-game friendship -> We send the skin -> After receiving the skin, click "Delivered".
