Gift System
- Buyer follows the gift account, seller follows back
- Wait for phase 2
- After phase 2 (D+1), seller sends the gift
- Sent in order of queue

Gift Requirements
- Account level (seller/buyer) minimum 20
- Minimum 7 days of friendship in ML
- Buyer is requested to click "order delivered" even if the skin has not been sent (speeds up fund disbursement to the seller, but will be held for 15 days by Itemku so funds are safe and buyers can still complain if there are order issues)
- Cannot change nickname before the skin is sent (to avoid wrong gifting)
- Include ID and Nickname correctly
- Cannot be canceled for any reason
