Gift System
- Buyer follows gift account, seller follows back

- After 7 days (D+1) Seller sends
- Sent according to queue

Gift Terms
- Account level (seller/buyer) minimum 20
- Minimum 7 days of friendship in ML
- Buyer is expected to click "order delivered" even though Starlight card has not been sent (speeds up fund disbursement to seller, but will be held for 15 days by itemku so funds are safe and buyer can still complain if there are order issues)
- Cannot change nickname before Starlight card is sent (to avoid wrong gift)
- Include ID and Nickname correctly
- Cannot be canceled for any reason
