Notes & Terms and Conditions for Gifts:
- Must be friends for 8 days
- Recipient account must be level 20 or above
- Sending process follows an estimated schedule of 8+ days (SCHEDULE IS TENTATIVE)

- Process may take longer if there is an ongoing event in Mobile Legends

How does the transaction process work?

1. Order the desired gift type.
2. Complete the payment.
3. After payment is completed, send the order format via Itemku chat or in the order description:

User ID:
Nickname:
Order:
Order Date:

4. After submitting the order format, the admin will provide the sender’s account ID for the item/skin. Please add/follow/friend the account and confirm to the admin once added, including a screenshot.
5. The admin will add your order to the processing list.
6. Wait until the scheduled day for the skin to be sent.
7. Purchasing skins via gift cannot be expedited. If you want it faster, it is recommended to use Diamonds directly.
8. Once the skin is received, don’t forget to confirm receipt and honestly rate the product.
