Gift System
- Buyer follows the gift account, seller follows back
- Wait for phase 2
- After phase 2 (D+1), seller sends the item
- Sent in order of queue

Gift Requirements
- Account level (seller/buyer) minimum 20
- Minimum 7 days of friendship in ML
- Buyer is requested to click "order delivered" even if the skin has not been sent (speeds up seller's fund withdrawal, but funds will be held by itemku for 15 days so they remain secure, and buyers can still file a complaint if there are order issues)
- Do not change nickname before the skin is sent (to avoid incorrect gifting)
- Include ID and Nickname correctly
- Cannot be canceled for any reason
