Your money will be held by a third party (itemku) until the item is delivered by the seller. The money will be transferred to the seller once the buyer confirms that the item has been delivered by clicking the "complete" button.

Money will be refunded to the buyer if the seller/admin fails to complete the transaction within 2x24 hours.

Money will automatically be transferred to the seller if the buyer does not click the "complete" button within 2x24 hours!

Therefore, buyers are expected to contact the admin immediately before reporting if there are any issues, including undelivered items.

1. Customers have the right to request proof of delivery;
2. Customers have the right to report the seller if the seller violates itemku's applicable rules;
3. Customers must contact the seller first if the ordered item has not been delivered; and
4. Customers have the right to receive fast service, meaning the item will be delivered no later than 2x the estimated delivery time. If it exceeds this, please contact the seller first, as itemku's delivery time limit is 2 days.
