Pokemon GO - Starter Box

1. Login Methods
a) Supported login methods:
i. PTC (also known as Club Account, Pokémon Trainer Central)
ii. Google
iii. Facebook

b) Unsupported login methods:
i. Niantic Kids (child accounts)
ii. Apple

2. Account Format
a) PTC account refers to the username, not the in-game player name
b) PTC account should not be in email format
c) If a Facebook account is registered with a phone number, the corresponding country code must be provided

3. Password Requirements
a) Most (80%+) PTC account passwords must include:

Uppercase letters

Lowercase letters

Numbers

Symbols (including special characters or accented characters)
All are required

4. Pre-check Before Recharge
a) After placing an order and contacting customer service, you must log out or close all game-related apps and websites until notified that the recharge is complete
b) No cooldown (CD) is required before or after the recharge
c) Before placing an order, go to:
[Pokeball] → [Settings] → [Account] to verify that the provided account is correctly linked
d) For Google or Facebook login users, please disable two-factor authentication in advance if possible, or prepare offline verification codes and coordinate with customer service for login verification

5. Ticket Purchase
a) For any event, tickets should be purchased at least one day before the event ends to avoid missing the event or being unable to claim rewards due to time zone differences
