How to get backup codes:
1. Find and click the "Settings" icon.
2. Then select Security.
3. Look for Email (Secure), and activate it first. You will be asked to enter an OTP code sent to the email registered to your account (Ensure your account has a verified email).
4. Enter the verification code sent via the email registered to your account (MAKE SURE YOUR ACCOUNT IS LINKED TO A VERIFIED EMAIL).
5. After enabling email security, an additional menu called "BACKUP CODES" will appear. You can click generate/create to produce 10 backup codes for login purposes. Please provide one of these 10 codes to our customer service to facilitate processing.
6. Re-enter the code sent via email to obtain the 10 backup codes.
7. The 10 backup codes will then appear. Choose one and send it to us.
8. Once done, you can check the box "I've saved my backup codes" and select close.
