How to get backup codes:
1. Find and click the "Settings" icon.
2. Then select Security.
3. Look for "Email (Secure)" and enable it first. You will be asked to enter an OTP code sent to the email registered on the account (Make sure your account already has a verified email).
4. Enter the verification code sent to the registered email (ENSURE YOUR ACCOUNT IS CONNECTED TO A VERIFIED EMAIL).
5. After enabling email security, an additional menu called "BACKUP CODES" will appear. Click "Generate" or "Create" to produce 10 backup codes that can be used for login. Please provide one of these 10 codes to our customer service to facilitate processing.
6. Re-enter the code sent via email to obtain the 10 backup codes.
7. The 10 backup codes will then appear. Choose one and send it to us.
8. Once done, you can check the box "I've saved my backup codes" and select "Close."
