1. open the Microsoft Outlook website/app [turn on VPN before opening]
2. enter EMAIL and EMAIL PASSWORD
3. if the email is locked, contact admin via message to unlock or select next and enter your phone number to unlock the email yourself (if "try another method" appears, contact admin for help and do not attempt repeatedly)


HOW TO LOGIN IN-GAME ZZZ:
1. login to email [see email login method above]
2. open the ZZZ app
3. enter EMAIL and GAME PASSWORD
4. send code
5. check the code in the logged-in email (wait if the code hasn't appeared, do not spam repeatedly to avoid being blocked!)
6. enter the code and login
7. after checking the contents, you MUST change the EMAIL PASSWORD to ensure 100% security
