What is My Wallet?

My Wallet is a digital wallet feature from itemku. It serves only as an e-wallet to store refunds from orders on itemku that:

 

1. Have a refund requested by the seller

2. Have a refund requested by the buyer

3. Were not delivered by the seller within the specified time limit

4. The funds in My Wallet can be used for shopping again on itemku. As additional information, the funds in My Wallet cannot be topped up.

 

For information, for refund that processed to your My Wallet, you can used the fund for shopping again on itemku automatically after refund has been processed without waiting time.

 

To use My Wallet, you must verify your email address first, so make sure to verify them right after you successfully create an itemku account!
