The Order Issue feature is itemku's official dispute resolution tool that allows buyers and sellers to communicate and find solutions together for problematic orders, directly within the platform, without needing to contact external parties first.

How Does It Work?

Buyers and sellers can submit their issue or choose from the available solutions based on the order's condition, along with any required supporting evidence. If no agreement is reached between both parties, the itemku Customer Care team will step in as a mediator and provide the best resolution.

Types of Issues That Can Be Submitted:

• Order Not Received
• Order Incomplete or Not as Described
• Account / Voucher Issue

Available Solutions:

• Refund
• Complete the Order
