What are Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Offenses? - Pusat bantuan itemku
itemku implements a multilevel violation system. Each level (level) will be accepted by the user if the user commits the following violations:
Level 1
- The seller provides a written statement that the buyer can negotiate the price
- Explains the reason why itemku are more expensive than elsewhere, or in other words, describes tax on buyers
- Using an application/program (macro) to make trade changes
- Selling products that don't match the type (e.g., selling an account but placed in an item category), or whose type itemku doesn't provide (e.g. selling an account Garena Free Fire ; Garena Free Fire game sellers can only sell items and gold)
Sanction: Trade will be removed (applies only to merchandise containing infringement)
Level 2
A Level 2 violation is given if the user has received 2 Level 1 violation warnings.
Sanctions: Successful transactions, reputation and testimonials will be deleted (back to 0; applies to all trades)
Level 3
- Provide an indication (by any means) of willingness to make direct transactions, including providing contacts (mobile number, Line, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Inserting links to sites other than itemku
- 2nd Level 2 violation
Sanctions: itemku account violators will be banned
Note:
- If one of these violations occurs, the violator will be immediately sanctioned
- Every time a violation, the user will receive a warning via the Message feature. This warning is only valid if the violator commits a Level 1 and 2 violation. If the violator commits a Level 3 violation, a notification will be sent via email
- Especially for merchandise violations that do not match the category (violation number 4 Level 1), if the transaction is successful, taxes will be charged according to the category of merchandise sold. For example, products sold is an account (9% tax), but is included in the item category (5% tax).In this case, the seller will be charged 9% tax instead of 5%
