How do I contact the seller? - Pusat bantuan itemku

You can contact the seller under two conditions:

1. When you purchase a listing that includes the “Contact Seller” feature before buying it, such as an account product.
   
2. In general, you can only contact the seller after purchasing a product. Once your payment has been completed, you will be able to chat with the seller. Follow the steps below:
   • Go to the Purchase History page, then select the transaction you want to inquire about.
     
   • Click on the relevant order to display the transaction details. Then click Contact Seller to reach the seller.
     
   • A chat field will appear. Communicate with the seller as needed.
     
   • You can view or return to your previous conversations through the Messages menu on the main page.
