How to Trade Gift Items (7 Days) Mobile Legends

  • Due to the 7 day friendship rule, especially in the Mobile Legends category sellers are allowed to change the order status to Sent before the order is shipped.
  • Although the seller is allowed to change the order status to shipped first. Sales Funds will be held for 12 days from the date the order is confirmed, so your order will be kept safe . If your order is not shipped after 11 days , please immediately contact itemku Customer Care
  • Therefore, make sure you understand how to trade before purchasing a Gift Item (7 Days). Always use Messaging feature to connect with sellers.
  • You also need to know that the seller can only send 3 x shipments per-account per day, make sure you confirm the delivery schedule by sending a message to the seller .

 

  1. Login into Mobile Legends Game
  2. Update Mobile Legends Game you to the latest version
  3. Before buying an item, make sure that your account has reached level 20 and has been a friend with a seller ID for 7 days (at least)
  4. Fill in your nickname, USER ID and in-game Server Number correctly in the Transaction Information column
  5. Wait for the item to be sent by the seller, during the waiting period, itemku guarantees the safety of your money for up to 10 days. After the friendship time reaches 7 days, the seller will send the item via gift.
  6. After you have received the item, make sure that it is the item you purchased, and your order is complete. If until the 8th day of the order status has been changed to "Shipped Seller" you still have not received the item you purchased, please contact itemku User Service
