How do I verify my phone number?

Please verify your mobile number to access your Itemku account after registration. Without verifying your mobile number, some features like payments using My Wallet won't be available.

 

To verify your mobile number, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Itemku account
  2. You will be taken to the Verify Mobile Number page
  3. Enter your active mobile number, then click Call Now
  4. A pop-up will appear; please check if your mobile number is correct, then click Call Now to confirm
  5. You will receive a call lasting less than 3 seconds—there’s no need to answer
  6. If you miss the call, simply click Call Now again
  7. Enter the last 4 digits of the number that called you
  8. Click Verify
  9. Your mobile number is now verified and ready to use for shopping
