I forgot my password, what to do?

If you forget your itemku password, please follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Go to Login Page
    Click the Login button on the main page.

  2. Select 'Forgot Password?'
    On the login form, click the Forgot password? link located below the password field.

  3. Enter Your Email
    Enter your registered email address, then click Send.

  4. Check Your Email
    Open the email sent by itemku, and click the Reset Password button.

  5. Create a New Password
    Enter your email and create a new password, then click Send.

Success! Your password has been successfully updated, and you can now access your account
