Is your itemku account hacked? Here's what you need to do

If you notice any suspicious activity on your itemku account, such as your password changing on its own, orders you didn't make, or account details being altered without your knowledge, follow these steps right away:

  1. Check your email first; make sure you can still access the email linked to your itemku account. If your email has also been compromised, change your email password first before moving on to the next step.
  2. Reset your itemku password; go to the itemku login page → tap "Forgot password?" → enter your email → check your inbox → follow the instructions. Create a new password that you've never used before. You can find the full guide here.
