Alight Motion Account Terms of Sale - Pusat bantuan itemku
Alight Motion accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:
- seller must have legal proof of premium subscription payment.
- sellers are required to provide the gmail account used on the given Alight account and are prohibited from providing mod APKs and the like.
- sellers are prohibited from selling the same account to more than one user.
- Alight Motion Premium is valid for not less than 30 days.
- Sellers are only allowed to sell accounts with the subscription period and subscription type provided by itemku.
- Sales proceeds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer.
- If the given account has a problem and the seller can't help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order.
If itemku finds that the seller sends an account that does not comply with the terms of the account sale above, then itemku will impose sanctions on the seller in the form of:

Trade Closure and Store Closure* if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.

Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller proves to be problematic and cannot be repaired. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.
- Gradual lifting of Account Sales Moderation* and store closures** until permanent. If the seller is proven to have hacked, or sends the same account to several buyers.
*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.
**) if the store violates up to two times, the third violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
***) Itemku has the right to change the contents of these terms of sale at any time.
