Amazon Prime Gaming Account Terms of Sale - Pusat bantuan itemku

Amazon Prime Gaming accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

Sellers are required to use legal means to obtain accounts for sale.
Amazon Prime Gaming accounts for sale may not associated with Twitch accounts
Games/Offers in-game loot existing on an Amazon Prime Gaming Account may not have been claimed.
seller is required to give the buyer full account ownership (providing access to the email used for the Amazon Prime Gaming Account).
Sellers are only allowed to ship one Amazon Prime Gaming account to one buyer.

Sales proceeds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer. If the account provided is problematic and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order.

If itemku finds that the seller sends an account that does not comply with the conditions for selling the account above, the seller will be penalized in the form of:

Trade Closure and Store Closure** if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.
Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller proves to be problematic and cannot be repaired. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.
Gradual lifting of Account Sales Moderation* and store closures** until permanent. If the seller is proven to have hacked, or sends the same account to several buyers.

*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.
**) if the store violates up to 2 times, then the violation subsequent ones will result in the permanent closure of the shop.
