Terms of Sale Accounts Valorant

Accounts in the Valorant category sold on itemku must meet the following terms:

 

  1. Accounts being sold must be either blank (unverified) accounts or verified accounts with the first email containing a message from Riot stating "Welcome To Riot Games"

  2. Accounts being sold must be unlinked (there must not be any phone number listed on the account)

  3. Sellers must deliver the account in the form of username and password for the unverified category, or first email and password for the verified category

  4. It is not allowed for sellers to sell accounts with random specifications.

  5. When creating a listing, sellers must provide detailed information about the account being sold in the product description and use appropriate images.

  6. Sellers must assist buyers in securing the delivered account.

  7. Sales funds are held for 30 days as a form of warranty for buyers.

  8. If the provided account has issues and the seller cannot help resolve them, itemku reserves the right to cancel the order.

  9. Sellers must prepare account data for account retrieval purposes.


If itemku finds that a seller has delivered an account that does not comply with the above account sales terms, the seller will be subject to the following sanctions:
 

  • Product and Store Closure** if the seller creates a listing that does not comply with the sales terms.
     

  • Gradual Account Sales Moderation Revocation* if the account provided by the seller is proven problematic and cannot be fixed. If the seller does not provide a replacement account within 3 days after a complaint is reported by itemku Customer Service, the seller's store will be closed**.

     

  • Gradual Account Sales Moderation Revocation* and store closure** up to permanent closure. If the seller is proven to have conducted a hackback, or sent the same account to multiple buyers.
     

*) Gradual moderation revocation: the first revocation lasts 3 days, then 5 days, and 7 days. If the seller continues to commit the same violation and has already received a 7-day moderation revocation, the next sanction will be permanent store closure.
**) If the store commits violations up to 2 times, the next violation will result in permanent store closure.
