Warframe Item Terms of Sale - Pusat bantuan itemku

Warframe items sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

 

1. Items sold must be obtained from legal and reliable sources.
2. Seller is prohibited from requesting buyer's Warframe account login data.
3. Seller is required to send an order of Items in the same quantity as the order.
4. Seller is required to communicate with buyer via itemku's inbox.
5. Seller must ship via Clan Dojo or Maroo's Bazaar.
6. When making merchandise, the seller is required to provide detailed information on the merchandise description and use appropriate images.
7. Seller is required to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof of having shipped merchandise to buyer.

 

If itemku finds that the seller sends an item that does not comply with the sales conditions above, the seller will be penalized in the form of:

 

1. Trade Closure and Store Closure* if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.
   
   
2. Trade Closure and Store Closure* if the seller is proven to have shipped illegally obtained Items (Cheats, system exploits, bug exploits).
   
   
3. Store Closure* if the seller is proven to have sent the number of Items that does not match the amount sold and does not ship the shortage within 2x24 hours since the complaint is informed to the buyer .

 

*) if the store violates up to 2 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
**) itemku reserves the right to change the contents of this provision at any time .
